SeeToo: Only one can see You

Seetoo logo Everyone knows about YouTube and all the other famous video sharing sites. But this new one on the block is quite different. With SeeToo you can share your video with just one person. Great if you don’t want anyone else to see you or your family.

SeeToo is a brand new site, currently in private beta, that launched today. Just install a program, choose a video from your hard drive, and send a link to whoever you want. The link will send them to a page where the both of you can watch the video at the same time.

SeeToo does not store your video on a server, so no one will be able to access it ever. Which is good and bad because your friend will not be able to access it at a later time.

SeeToo is set to launch a public beta by the end of the year.

Meebo and Firefox meet

MeeboMeebo, the widely used instant messaging application has released a Firefox add-on for easy chatting while browsing.

The Meebo Firefox add-on makes it much easier to chat with friends while browsing online. By being in firefox users will no longer have to go back and forth while chatting and browsing. The sidebar gives users a visual notification, the side pane pops open, when contacts send you an instant message. No longer will users have to paste links and uploading and sending images is a thing of the past, Meebo allows users to drag and drop links and images right onto contacts.

One downfall is the Meebo Firefox tab must keep open at all times in order to remain signed in.
